Fall Online Bootcamp

Join today for the most inclusive, flexible classes available!

  • Workouts will include total body strength exercises, cardio, balance, and flexibility
  • Modifications will be offered for every exercise – ALL FITNESS LEVELS WELCOME!
  • Videos will be available on YouTube for the duration of the three-month course, so you can exercise on YOUR time, when it works for YOU!
  • Email me, your certified personal trainer, to add in specific exercises for muscle groups or to assist you with working around an injury!

The Details:

  • I will make 24 unique workouts that will make you stronger and more flexible without any concern of injury or pushing yourself too far.
  • You will be given proper instruction on form, breathing, and alterations depending on muscle imbalances.
  • A video link will be emailed to you twice a week on Mondays and Wednesdays before 4pm. The link will remain available throughout the 12 weeks so you can watch them on your own time.
  • This is going to be AWESOME! We’ll start at YOUR level and then build strength and confidence every week!
    • Each week will be something different, here are a few examples:
      • 30 min workout on Monday, 45min-1hour workout on Wednesday
      • 45 min HIIT program
      • Yoga/stretching session
      • Workout using stability ball and weights
      • Body weight only workouts for when you travel
      • 4 mini workouts that only last 20 minutes
  • 90% of the workouts will have a costumed dog or cat that comes to steal the show at some point while I’m filming! You will build your strength and laugh at my pets being obnoxiously cute!

The Money:

  • $135 TOTAL for the whole 3-month course ($45 a month) for workouts twice a week that you can personalize because I’ll be there to help you along the way!

  • Every year at this time you can feel overwhelmed – this year especially seems to be worse than others. Take ACTION. You cannot control external changes, but you CAN take control of your life choices. Self care is everything – these classes will assist you in building back what you need to maintain a happy, healthy life.
  • I will send out INSPIRATIONAL EMAILS EVERY WEEK! These emails will give you healthy tidbits about your body and include positive affirmations, healthy recipes, and give you all the building blocks required to make positive change today!
