Online ZOOM Classes FAQ

Do I need fitness equipment/What Kind of equipment do I need?

All you need is a laptop/tablet/phone with access to the internet.

– Not necessary but nice to have: mat, dumbbells/weights, water bottle, chair

What if I have an injury or can't do an exercise?

Modifications for exercises will be given. Additionally, if you still have personal concerns or questions they can be asked after class OR I can be emailed directly to provide specific modifications or exercise substitutions.

How much room is required for training in home?

Any space that is big enough for you to lie down in without bumping into anything is big enough to train in!

What Happens if I miss a class, am sick or busy?

No worries!

Private links are emailed to you directly, you can take the classes LIVE or when you have more time/aren’t sick anymore.

Will I get personalized feedback?

With so many students during class it is hard to provide on the spot personalized feedback. However, I will be watching your movements and giving advice/guidance based on what I am seeing. If there is something specific you’d like to address I can speak after class or via email directly.

I'm a Senior on pension. Can I afford your classes?

Our classes are very competively priced at $8 a session! Additionaly, if you sign up for twice weekly or our annual package they are even less!
