One month of health and wellness – you can do this!
- Classes will include total body strength exercises, balance and flexibility
- Workouts will be tailored to all fitness levels, modifications will be given for people just starting or continuing their fitness journey!
- Just bring a mat, water and weights
- Classes will be hosted on Mondays at 5pm and Wednesdays at 6pm
- Located at the Downtown Elite Dance Studio at 11756 95 st NW
- Build strength and cardio SAFELY – this is not a “boot camp” class where you do Pushups until you vomit. This class will focus on your mental and physical health, at your own fitness level, and it will teach you to exercise without injuring yourself
